Founded in Burgundy, NMBP has over 60 years’ experience and know-how in the transformation of plastic materials by injection and bi-injection in PP, PE and PCR. With a focus on innovation, our expertise in providing specific made-to-measure capping solutions is our strength and added value in various markets.
Our expertise
As the European market leader for grease cartridges, available in PP and PE, and for the resealable Lubeshuttle® cartridge, we export to 30 countries in Europe and North America and continue to grow.
What sets us apart: our fully recyclable silicone-free valve closures, and our environmentally-friendly split-portion closures. We take into account all your constraints to provide you with complex packaging solutions.
Cartridges
We’re the only company in Europe to offer 2 types of cartridge: PULL-OFF and LUBESHUTTLE® (MATO patent), available in several colors and with the option of digital printing of your complex decors composed of text and images in photo quality if required.
PULL-OFF in HDPE or PP. PE material offers technical advantages and is more flexible, so more resistant to cold.
Lids: TG or NAPHTA (self-centered design that clips inside).
LUBESHUTTLE® exclusive to NMBP, available in a choice of two configurations: screwed or piston-operated, to suit your packaging line.
Innovation and development
We are at your side with our design office to bring all your projects to a successful conclusion. We specialize in high-speed, multi-cavity plastic injection molding, bi-material injection molding, recycled materials, tooling development, process monitoring, automation and robotization. And also… camera control, component assembly, finishing by decoration and screen printing.
Our R&D department remains at the cutting edge of innovation to create tomorrow’s packaging that meets food safety standards and environmental requirements, and can carry out: Design, industrial design, technical drawings and studies, 3D drawings, prototypes and 3D printing rapid prototyping.
Injection moulding subcontracting
NMBP uses digital printing and screen decoration technologies for 31 presses from 50 to 550 T.
